Inclusive Health Connect (IHC) works to advance inclusive and equitable health systems by bridging research, practice, and policy across Europe, the Mediterranean, and other relevant contexts..
Inclusive Health Connect (IHC) is a Brussels-based non-profit organization working at the intersection of health equity, migration, wellbeing, and public policy.
We connect evidence, collaboration, and policy action to address structural health inequities affecting people experiencing social exclusion.

Applied research and evidence generation
IHC conducts applied research to better understand the structural drivers of health inequities and the lived realities of populations experiencing social exclusion. Through interdisciplinary methods, policy analysis, and collaboration with academic and community partners, we generate evidence that informs inclusive health policies and practices. Our work

Program implementation and capacity strengthening We support communities and organizations in designing and implementing programmes that address health inequities. Through training, technical support, and peer learning, we help strengthen capacities for more inclusive and effective health initiatives.

Policy dialogue and publication of insights We translate research and field experience into policy-relevant insights that inform decision-making. Through policy briefs, reports, roundtables, and public dialogue, we foster exchange between researchers, civil society, and policymakers to advance inclusive and evidence-informed health policies.

Our publications share research findings, policy insights, and practical knowledge to inform more equitable health policies and practices.
